Jean has over 35 years of experience in the commercial construction & roofing industry and has worked in various technical & sales positions on both manufacturer and contractor sectors. Jean has extensive experience in roof management, design review, compliance, installation techniques, inspection & quality assurance. Jean has also participated in various construction industry associations committees, including Board of Directors for CRCA & MRGNB. Jean is also currently a member of the CSC Grand Valley Chapter, as well IIBEC.

Upon completing her Bachelor of Environmental Studies (Hons.), Michelle entered directly into the green roof industry as the Maintenance Manager for a green roofing company in Toronto, ON. Between managing green roof maintenance operations and her time as an Architectural Sales Executive with MJ, Michelle has been deeply immersed in the green roof and construction industries for over 5 years. Michelle remains current within these industries as a member of the Construction Specifications Canada (CSC) Toronto Chapter, Canada Green Building Council (CaGBC) Greater Toronto Chapter, Passive House Canada, and an Affiliate Member of the Ontario Association of Landscape Architects (OALA).

Gabe thrives on proactively bringing value to customers with long-term, high-performance, innovative options and solutions during the design and construction process. Gabe’s roofing, waterproofing and protective coating experience extend across all industry sectors, including institutional, commercial, and industrial. Within those sectors, Gabe prides himself on being able to help take any project from conception to completion by linking products and solutions to customer needs. Additionally, his 18+ years of technical sales and hands-on experience will provide designers, owners and contractors with a professional approach to problem-solving, greatly benefiting stakeholders while maximizing value. Gabe holds a BA in Business Economics from York University and a Computer Science & Business Diploma from Seneca @ York. In addition, Gabe earned professional designations as an RRO from the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) and a CTR from Construction Specification Canada (CSC), symbolizing his commitment to excellence with a demonstrated ability in product and customer representation.

Greg has over 20 years of technical building construction products sales experience with exposure to most construction applications. His exposure includes end users of products, distribution, installation and technical support to engineers, architects and specifiers. Greg has attended many industry related training sessions as well as company sponsored education courses. Greg prides himself on building positive working relationships with all clients.

Upon completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree, Dan began his journey within the Sales Development and Marketing career path with a wide variety of industries. This has allowed Dan to use the sales skills developed through his career by liaising with contractors, architects, and consultants. Dan’s current endeavors are submission for alternate product consideration on construction projects for manufacturers represented by MJ Building Envelope Solutions.

Wayne has 25 plus years as an experienced Technical Sales Representative with demonstrated history working in the architecture and planning industry, skilled in building science, roofing systems, contractors, fire protection, product management and sealants. Strong sales professional, graduated from Saskatchewan Institute Of Applied Arts and Science.

Jean-Pierre gained valuable skills, focusing on meticulous product preparation for orders at a Nation-Wide automotive part distributor. His career took a leap forward when he joined MJ Building Envelope Solutions Inc. as a Marketing & Technical Service Coordinator. Though new to the roofing solutions industry, his swift learning and dedication are driving rapid growth in his marketing and technical skills. Jean-Pierre's journey, highlighting his resilience and adaptability. His growth mindset has become a cornerstone of his success in his role at MJ Building Envelope Solutions Inc.

Teri has more than 15 years of office administration and customer service experience in the manufacturing and consulting industries. Teri is currently a member of the Canadian Institute of Bookkeeping, certified as a bookkeeper. Upon joining the team at MJ Building Teri had not previously worked in the roofing/building envelope industry. Eager to expand her knowledge Teri attended the Contractor Quality Training Seminar provided by Firestone Building Products Canada in 2014, as well as other product training sessions provided by manufacturers represented by MJ Building Envelope Solutions Inc.
